Spain HR Operation Intern

Responsibilities: Consults with line management, providing HR guidance when appropriate. Onboarding and Offboarding management and employee full life-cycle management Employee Certificates Management Build and formulate human operation plans, work processes, and service standards to ensure legal compliance, efficient processes, and good employee experience. Developing HR policy guidance and interpretation. Assists international employees with expatriate assignments and related HR matters. HR system data maintenance and digitalization support. Requirements Enrolled at a spanish university, major in a Bachelor's/Master's Degree in business administration or a similar field of study; Able to start in our Madrid office as soon as possible for 40h/week, preferably for a period of 6 months; Proficient in Spanish and Chinese; Good knowledge of MS office, especially Excel; Can work independently and collaboratively across diverse teams, departments and levels; Structured way of working, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment; High level of accountability, including the ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines; Must have the right to work as an intern in Spain by the start date; Must be currently enrolled at university and able to sign a Three Parties Internship Agreement.
