You will be responsible for health & safety compliance, personnel and contractor management, production efficiency, quality assurance, site maintenance, and regulatory adherence. You will also play a key role in supporting the scaling of the operation, introducing new processes, and ensuring alignment with the company’s commercial and environmental objectives. Specific responsibilities will include: Manage day-to-day operations of the site, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency. Lead and supervise on-site teams, including technicians, and contractors. Monitor and improve operational performance metrics. Oversee maintenance programs to ensure equipment uptime and reliability. Ensure compliance with environmental, health & safety, and local regulatory requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Science, and Management. Implement continuous improvement and cost-saving initiatives across operations. Prepare and manage operational budgets and forecasts. Serve as a key point of contact for inspections, audits, and stakeholder visits. Support future site expansion, scale-up of processes, and capital projects.
