HQ - Salesforce Analyst - Hybrid (Madrid)

Join our Salesforce team and contribute to building scalable, user-friendly solutions that power our fast-growing business. You'll work alongside experienced developers and admins, support key platform enhancements, and help maintain a robust and efficient Salesforce environment. We take a declarative-first approach to ensure our solutions are scalable, maintainable, and easy to manage. Responsibilities Support the development and customization of Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, Flows, and other platform tools. Collaborate with product owners and admins to understand business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions. Prioritize declarative tools (Flows, Validation Rules, Approval Processes) where appropriate, escalating to code when needed. Participate in QA, testing in the sandbox, and deployment processes. Help ensure the health, scalability, and documentation of the platform by following internal best practices Requirements 1-2 years of experience working with Salesforce in an admin, analyst, or functional capacity Confident working in a declarative-first environment, choosing the right tool for each task Strong communication skills – able to explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders Fast learner, curious mindset, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment Fluency in English (written and spoken) is a must Nice to have Knowledge of Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC) Salesforce certifications (Admin or Platform Developer I) #LI‑OK1 About us Job&Talent is a world‑leading, AI‑powered workforce management platform for frontline industries.
