Overview Join to apply for the INFORMATION SECURITY SPECIALIST (F/M/X) role at ITP Aero . What is the objective of this project and what does it consist The objective of this position is to develop and maintain the information security governance, aligned with company objectives and long-term operational strategic plan. Main focus will be in launching and leading Policies, Education & training, Data loose prevention, Data classifications, Security governance, IT risks management, data security control, supply chain control on information security. Responsibilities Protect Sensitive Data, to safeguard confidential information such as customer data, financial records, intellectual property, and internal communications from security threats. Ensure Regulatory Compliance, to help the company comply with information security laws and industry standards (like RIA, ISO 27001, PArt-IS, NIST-800), avoiding legal penalties and reputational damage. Develop and Enforce Security Policies, to create, implement, and monitor security protocols and best practices across the organization, ensuring employees follow secure digital behaviour. Risk Management, to assess vulnerabilities in systems and processes, and recommend strategies to reduce the likelihood and impact of security breaches. Works proactively with the various business units and other internal departments and external organizations to implement practices that meet defined policies and standards for information risk management. What profile are we looking for? Education : Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Law Experience : Minimum 5 years of experience in information security Knowledge in :Security policies (ISMS) Awareness & training Data loose prevention Data classification Security governance IT risks management Supply chain information security control Lenguages : High English level Soft Skills :Open to change, eager to learn, proactive, flexible, adaptable, with analytical skills, initiative and critical thinking Leadership skills to influence teams within the organization at global level Communication, active listening and relationship skills, with the ability to navigate at the different areas in the organization, including senior leadership Positive, respectful and optimistic Location Bilbao (Spain) You will join as one more person in the team, with competitive conditions, plus a very attractive compensation package with different social benefits and guaranteed progress aligned with professional growth.
