Tribe Lead

Responsible for the design, development and implementation of short and long-term solutions to information technology needs through new and existing applications, systems architecture, network systems and applications infrastructure. Often involved in modifying or adapting existing designs. Reviews Technology requirements and business processes;codes, tests, debugs and implements software solutions. Roles are often project based,delivering Technology change within the business.

What you will do

• Leads and directs tasks, resources, and overall project plans for enterprise software implementations with large vertical clients.

• Responsible for leading the planning, design, development, quality assurance, configuration assistance, application training, problem resolution and second level support to new and existing external clients.

• Leads delivery aspects of external client management, in conjunction with the sales team and internal management – conducts regular communications and maintains individual working relationships with customer personnel at both the leadership and working levels.

• Serves as the primary driver of the client relationship and project implementation communications.

• Identify, recruit, develop and manage professional level resources focused on technology solutions delivery.

What experience you need

• Bachelor’s degree in Math or Computer Sciences with a focus on Statistics and Analytics, or similar field.

• 10+ years of relevant work experience including previous functional and/or technical solution architecture experience on a Salesforce.com team/project.

• Previous experience working with omni channel integrations.

• Knowledgeable in release management and code deployment activities/processes.

• Requires specialized depth and/or breadth of expertise to operate independently and provide informal leadership to others.

• Uses sophisticated critical thinking skills, leading others to solve complex problems and takes a broad perspective to identify innovation solutions.

• Makes decisions guided by policies in nonstandard situations that impact the achievement of customer, operational, or project objectives.

• Forecasts and plans resource requirements for complex projects or initiatives.
