We are hiring an Ag Tech Product Manager Biome Makers is a global AgTech on a mission to restore soil health We preserve the startup mindset of innovation and continue to bring solutions to tackle global challenges. Founded in California’s Silicon Valley in 2015, Biome Makers is setting the standard in soil health with BeCrop® technology. We integrate soil microbiology into agricultural decision-making to optimize farming practices and reverse the degradation of arable soils. With labs across the globe, customers on 4 continents, and over 1 million acres of land impacted, Biome Makers has revitalized soil functionality and agricultural sustainability worldwide. We are looking for a dynamic, passionate, and motivated Product Manager to join the Product team. Spain (remote) Become an expert on Biome Makers’ products and service, and remain informed about digital farming solutions in the AgTech market Integrate and filter feedback from multiple departments in contact with clients, and communicate with IT and DS to define and coordinate digital products development Work closely with development and design teams to translate the product vision into actionable and prioritized features in the backlog. Lead initiatives to enhance the usability and accessibility of the platform, prioritizing a seamless user experience for customers to access, analyze, and interpret data. Collaborate with designers to create intuitive, visually appealing dashboards and reports that present complex data in an understandable format. Implement and monitor key product metrics, adjusting strategies based on performance data and user feedback.
