Job Description Meaningful Work From Day One We're actively seeking a dedicated and dynamic Sales Representative to strengthen our presence and drive growth for our exceptional portfolio of super premium spirits within the on‑premise channel – specifically high‑end bars, restaurants, and exclusive clubs. This role is a hands‑on opportunity, focusing purely on operational sales excellence and direct engagement with our most prestigious accounts. We are hiring two super premium sales representatives in Madrid. What You Can Expect Strategic Super Premium Product Placement: Visit existing and new customers who may be of strategic importance to the company. Optimize the visibility and accessibility of our super premium spirits within each exclusive outlet. Secure prime shelf space, coveted back‑bar placement, and premium menu features that maximize consumer appeal and reinforce our luxury positioning. Building Elite Relationships: Cultivate and nurture robust, long‑term relationships with owners, managers, and staff of top‑tier bars and restaurants. Serve as their trusted partner for luxury beverage insights, understand their unique needs, address challenges, and identify bespoke opportunities for mutual growth. Expert Mixology & Bartender Training: Serve as a passionate brand ambassador, providing engaging and comprehensive training sessions for bartenders and mixologists. Educate them on the unique heritage, unparalleled quality, and sophisticated versatility of our super premium spirits, equipping them with the knowledge and confidence to craft exceptional, high‑end drinks and enthusiastically recommend our brands to discerning clientele. Flexible Working Hours: The on‑premise environment, especially for super premium establishments, is most active in the evenings and at night. Be flexible to work during these peak hours to effectively engage with elite clients when it matters most. What You Bring To The Table Proven Sales Acumen with Luxury Brands: Demonstrated experience in sales, particularly within the super premium alcoholic beverages, luxury goods, or high‑end consumer goods sector. A track record of success in the HORECA (Hotel/Restaurant/Café) channel with a focus on premium accounts is essential. Exceptional Relationship Builder: Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a natural ability to connect with influential individuals and build lasting partnerships within the luxury segment. Bilingual Proficiency: Fluency in both Spanish and English (oral and written) is essential for effective communication within our diverse market. Mobility: A valid driver's license and willingness to move within your assigned territory, adapting to the dynamic needs of the high‑end on‑trade lifestyle.
