If you are looking to further develop your career in the System Administration area, we are seeking a Systems & Networks Administrator to join our IT Team. ✅ For this role, you will: Maintain, troubleshoot, escalate, and resolve server, storage, virtualization, and cloud service issues. Patch management, hardening and enforcing best practices. Oversee core infrastructure with monitoring tools. Configure and manage routing, switching, VPN tunnels, SDWAN configurations, and Firewall policies. Level 2 IT support. Oversee enterprise backup, replication, and disaster recovery drills. Maintain up-to-date runbooks, topology diagrams, and configuration repositories. You should have: Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position in the IT industry. A Bachelor's degree in Computer, Information Technology, related field, or any equivalent work experience. Proficient in English (Advanced level) and Spanish (Advanced level). Interest in working in a multicultural environment and proactivity, with the ability to problem-solving and attention to detail.
