We are hiring engineers with 3+ years of experience to help scale our community from different perspectives.High‑impact, high‑risk projects involving many engineers.Design efficient systems and engineering practices across teams/products.Mentor other engineers and lead crews.Contribute to hiring and shape the technical assessment process.You would be a good fit if you’re :Well‑versed in OOP (Python, Java, C#) and enthusiastic about modern JavaScript.Willing to work in Python/JavaScript; experience with the two is not mandatory.Passionate about building products and self‑starting.Collaborative, entrepreneurial, and eager to grow.Fluent in English; French is not required.We aim to hire within the C‑F level range and seek high potential and curiosity.
