Over the past 22 years, we’ve built a strong presence in the IT and consulting landscape, and we’re on track to reach €1 billion in revenue this year.Our Core Areas of ExpertiseData & Technologies: We design and implement large‑scale, end‑to‑end architecture and data solutions, including data integration, data science, visualization, Big Data, AI, and Generative AI.Cloud & Application Services: We integrate leading platforms such as SAP, Salesforce, Oracle, Microsoft, AWS, and IBM Maximo, helping clients transition to the cloud and improve operational efficiency.Management & Innovation Consulting: We lead business and digital transformation initiatives through project and change management best practices (PM, PMO, Agile, Scrum, Product Ownership), and support domains such as Supply Chain, Cybersecurity, and ESG/Low‑Carbon strategies.We work with major global clients across diverse sectors, including Transport & Logistics, Financial Services, Energy & Utilities, Retail, and Media & Telecommunications.Job DescriptionParticipation in needs‑gathering workshops with CIB HR teams.Support and advice to local teams during requirement‑gathering, covering data‑dictionary mapping for migration, HR‑process workflows, and detailed interface specifications.Translation of business requirements into detailed functional specifications.Configuration and parameterization of Oracle HCM modules according to the functional specifications.Preparation of functional documentation (user manuals, configuration guides, etc.).Participation in the testing phase (scenario preparation, execution, anomaly monitoring), especially for the data‑migration and integration streams within the CIB ecosystem, including local payrolls.Support to key users during UAT and training phases.Provision of post‑go‑live functional support.Qualifications8+ years of experience in HR systems analysis, requirements engineering, functional design, test planning, user training, and vendor management.Extensive experience in data integration and platform migration projects.Strong attention to detail and to identifying process exceptions in early phases.Advanced Spanish and English skills.Additional InformationWhat do we offer you?Full‑time contract.Smart Office Pack so that you can work comfortably from home.Training and career development.Benefits and perks such as private medical insurance , life insurance.Possibility to be part of a multicultural team and work on international projects.Hybrid position based in Madrid, Spain.If you have read this far and you are looking forward to joining this challenge, do not hesitate to apply… we would be delighted to meet youSeniority levelAssociateEmployment typeFull‑timeJob functionInformation TechnologyIndustriesSoftware Development and IT Services and IT ConsultingReferrals increase your chances of interviewing at Talan by 2x#J-18808-Ljbffr
