Strategy Senior ManagerLocation: Barcelona Type: Full time Posted on: (date) Mission Reporting to the Senior Director, Head of Corporate Strategy, the Strategy Senior Manager will support strategic decision‑making activities and drive execution of key initiatives aligned with Almirall’s Ambition and the Long Term Strategic Plan. Core Responsibilities Coordinate the company Long‑term Strategic Plan across the three phases (Accelerate, Transform, Conquer) and conduct deep dives on “Where to Play” and “How to Play” stage gates. Lead internal project teams of functional experts for defined Strategic Projects and monitor their execution. Prepare annual SRM (Strategy Review Meeting) topics, supporting the Head of Corporate Strategy, CEO and Management Board members. Support annual Strategic Compass assessment, tracking fulfillment of priorities and driving action plans. Annual support of Ambition KPIs (four strategic pillars) and assess conclusions and action plans as needed. Help coordinate 15‑Year Forecast Projections based on the 5‑Year Forecast, working with Finance and GMI teams and benchmarking company valuation. Monitor pharmaceutical industry trends, competition dynamics, and identify opportunities and challenges for Almirall. Collaborate with M&A, Corporate Development, and Strategic Alliances on projects with impact on the Long‑term Strategy Plan. Perform strategic financial assessments (Intangibles Assessment, Comparison vs Acquisition Business Cases) and propose further investigations. Qualifications ~ Degree in a scientific field (Biology, Chemistry, Engineering) and a Master’s in Business (Business Administration or Economics). ~3‑5 years of experience in Strategic Consulting, Venture Capital, or Corporate Strategy within the Pharmaceutical Industry. ~ Enterprise leadership mindset, strategic thinking, results orientation, and value creation mindset. ~ Team leadership with excellent interpersonal and communication skills and influence capability. ~ Analytical and synthetic skills, ability to simplify complex situations. ~ Self‑motivation and resilience under pressure. ~ Proficient spoken and written English.
