Drafting and/or reviewing relevant legal documentation including term sheets, prospectuses, escrituras, final terms/notes Ts&Cs, subscription agreements, legal opinions, auditors' letters, etc. Assisting with the review and analysis of Volcker requests. Legal advice on other matters related to Fixed Income affairs which require Legal team's assessment or intervention. 2 years of experience in legal advisory to Capital Markets and/or Treasury matters (Required). Degree in Law (Required). Very high level of English (Required). Specific experience with derivatives and banking and finance transactions will be a plus (Preferred).
