Since 1972, we have had an operational center in Spain, headquartered in Cornellà de Llobregat, with branches in Tarragona, Madrid, Castellón, A Coruña, Huelva, and Algeciras, providing close proximity and high-quality service to all our clients.If you are motivated by this industry transformation and want to develop your talent to build a more sustainable future, join usWe are seeking an Accounting Analyst to join our company, who will have the following responsibilities:Supervise and coordinate daily accounting activities, ensuring compliance with local (PGC) and international (IFRS) regulations.Conduct financial and accounting analyses to support strategic decision-making.Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.Act as a key contact during internal and external audits.Ensure the proper implementation of accounting policies and procedures.Collaborate with the Finance team to optimize processes and ERP systems (SAP).Lead and develop team members, promoting a continuous learning environment.Act as a backup for the Department Manager, taking on additional responsibilities in their absence.Requirements:Education: Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or similar.Experience: Minimum of 4-5 years in a similar role in Spain, preferably in multinational companies or the industrial sector, with 2-3 years supervising teams.Proficiency in Spanish accounting standards (PGC) and international standards (IFRS).Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP.Advanced Excel skills.Languages: Advanced level of English (C1), essential for working in an international environment.Skills:Analytical skills and attention to detail.Excellent communication and leadership skills.Results-oriented with the ability to work under pressure.Additional information:Immediate availabilityPermanent contract with the companyFlexible working hoursTwo teleworking days to be chosen by the employee23 days of vacation + 3 personal daysPersonalized flexible remuneration programGrowth opportunities within the department"As an equal opportunity employer, Technip Energies only considers qualified applicants without regard to race, age, ethnicity, sexual orientation, gender expression, disability, national origin, veteran status, or marital status."Whats next?At Technip Energies, we prioritize internal applications and provide timely feedback to internal applicants.
