At Redslim , we empower companies to harness data intelligently, and we’re looking for a Business Intelligence (BI) Consultant to help drive that mission forward. This is a key role combining analytics expertise, client partnership, and commercial insight — a perfect fit for someone who enjoys solving business challenges through data. About the Role As a Business Intelligence Consultant , you will play a central part in Redslim’s growth journey — both supporting revenue expansion and strengthening client relationships. You will work closely with clients to understand their business needs, translate them into technical requirements, and collaborate with our sales team during pre‑sales activities. Your analytical expertise and consulting skills will also help retain clients and identify new business opportunities. Your Key Responsibilities Client Collaboration: Work directly with clients to understand their objectives and translate them into actionable BI solutions. Pre‑Sales Support: Deliver demonstrations, presentations, and proof of concepts that showcase the power of our BI solutions. Relationship Management: Develop deep, trusted relationships with clients as a strategic and technical advisor. Solution Design: Design, develop, and implement effective data models and BI solutions tailored to client requirements. Project Coordination: Partner with development teams to ensure projects are delivered successfully and on time. Technical Guidance: Support clients in optimizing their use of BI tools and technologies. Continuous Learning: Stay ahead of emerging trends in BI, analytics, and data visualization tools. What We’re Looking For Experience & Competencies Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar BI or analytics role, with proven pre‑sales or sales experience in B2B environments. Deep understanding of tools such as Power BI, Tableau, QlikView , and ETL processes. Strong command of Excel and solid knowledge of AI applications in analytics. Experience with FMCG data , ideally with providers such as NIQ, Circana, Kantar , etc. Excellent communication and presentation skills — able to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple projects independently and meet deadlines. Education : Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Economics, or a relevant field with a strong background in data analytics. Languages Fluent English is essential; Spanish and / or French are a plus.
