In this role, you’ll connect with prospective customers, promote and upsell products and services, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. With our industry‑leading training , you’ll be equipped to thrive and grow in a fast‑paced, performance‑driven environment.Position ResponsibilitiesMake outbound and receive inbound calls in a professional and courteous mannerEducate customers on products and services, identifying upsell opportunitiesUnderstand customer needs and recommend tailored solutionsUse internal systems to manage accounts and process orders accuratelyResearch and resolve customer issues, coordinating with other departments as neededFollow scripts, policies, and procedures to ensure consistency and complianceMaintain accurate records and safeguard customer informationEscalate complex issues to supervisors or appropriate teamsStay current with training, updates, and system changesMeet attendance, punctuality, and performance expectationsCandidate QualificationsAll positive, and driven applicants are encouraged to apply. While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be largely sedentary and will be required to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset. The employee will be regularly required to operate a computer and other office equipment, including a phone, copier, and printer.
