Job Title: PR Manager, Europe Region (Flagship X Series Focus) Location: Madrid, Spain (with frequent travel) Employment Type: Full-time Overvie w vivo Europe Marketing is seeking an experienced and execution-driven PR professional to lead the development and implementation of PR strategies for vivo's flagship X Series across Europe. The role will focus on media relations, large-scale event planning, and cross-market collaboration. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong project management and cross-cultural communication skill **s. Responsibili** ***ties Strategy & Pla*** nningDevelop annual PR strategies and product launch communication plans for the X Series, ensuring alignment with global guide linesEstablish standardized regional PR processes covering media management, event execution, and crisis res ponseConduct regular analysis of competitor activities and market trends to inform strategic adjust ***ments Media Relations & Event Man*** agementPlan and execute regional media events, inc luding:o Press conferences, product experience eventso Media interviews, roundtables, and in-depth engagement s essionsManage end-to-end event exe cution:o Conceptualization and program designo Preparation of media materials and keynote presen tationso Media invitation and hospitality p lanningo On-site execution and post-event fo llow-upBuild and maintain relationships with key European media outlets; regularly update media da ***tabases Content & Commu*** nicationsOversee the production of regional PR content to ensure message consistency an d qualityDevelop standardized communication toolkits for multi-m arket useMonitor media coverage and sentiment analysis; produce regular performanc ***e reports Collaboration & C*** oordinationServe as a bridge between global HQ and local European markets to ensure efficient infor mation flowCoordinate internal and external resources, including integrated marketing teams, project groups, and med ia partnersSupport local market teams in resolving challenges related to localize **d execution Q** ualificat ionsMust-Have5+ years of PR experience in the technology industry, preferably with mobile or consumer elect ronics brandsProven experience managing cross-market PR proje cts in EuropeExcellent written and verbal communication skills in Englis h and ChineseHands-on experience in planning and executing media eventsWillingness to travel frequently within Europe and to C hina PreferredPrevious experience with othe- r mobile brandsProficiency in additional Eur- opean languagesStrong existing network wi- thin tech mediaPractical experience in cr isis management
