The largest Transaction Advisory practice outside the Big Four, our global integrated teams help private equity, hedge fund and corporate acquirers unlock value across the investment cycle.As a Manager in our TAG practice, you will have the opportunity to work with our highly motivated and effective team of professionals on a variety of interesting projects across different industries including but not limited to manufacturing, distribution, consumer, retail, restaurants, business and industrial services as well as healthcare, software & technology, energy and financial services. You will add value to our clients by offering data‑enabled business, financial, and operational transparency during pre‑acquisition due diligence or post‑acquisitions performance improvement projects.ResponsibilitiesLead numerous client engagementsEffectively manage day‑to‑day client interaction and relationshipsProactively contribute to business development opportunitiesManage and prioritize team responsibilities and consult with senior members of the team as appropriate across multiple dealsWork cohesively and collaboratively across stakeholdersA&M is an environment that presents a real opportunity for ambitious individuals as all employees are encouraged to develop their client network and business development skills.Essential experienceStrong educational background and exceptional academic record, including a strong focus on Finance and/or MathematicsMust have at least 5 years of experience in Transactions Advisory (Financial Due Diligence) within a Big4 firm or Private Equity Firm.Fluent business level English and Spanish is essential.
