The company Our client, a leading company in the plastics industry, is known for innovative, tailor-made solutions and the use of state-of-the-art technologies. The dedicated team emphasises sustainability and environmental awareness, while creative collaboration and customer focus form the basis of the company's success. We are currently looking for an Area Sales Manager Southern Europe (m/f/d) Italy/Spain/Portugal to fill a permanent position. You work from home, preferably in Catalonia. The successful candidate will have several years of experience in technical sales and B2B technical consulting for products requiring explanation (OEM and trade). Are you a dynamic and intrinsically motivated individual who thinks strategically and enjoys sales? Do you enjoy expanding and developing the existing customer base through intensive acquisition, strategic approaches and structured market development? You will be responsible for technical B2B sales of products requiring explanation in the Italian, Spanish and Portuguese markets. • You will compile and evaluate market and competition information and work closely with the internal sales team, who will assist you in preparing quotations • You will document your successes in the modern CRM system and report directly to the sales manager You have completed technical or commercial training or have a comparable qualification • You have a high level of technical and commercial understanding • As a dynamic and intrinsically motivated person, you act strategically, in a structured manner and enjoy sales • You impress with your excellent communication skills, independent working style, negotiating skills and willingness to travel within the sales area you are responsible for • You have a good knowledge of ERP systems and MS Office, as well as fluent language skills in Spanish, Italian and English Security – permanent position in a future-oriented, globally active company • Excellent training and collaboration in a great international team • Market- and performance-based remuneration and a performance-based bonus • A company car for private use is a matter of course • 30 days of holiday • Personal development opportunities in an internationally positioned group of companies
