Are you passionate about social media, storytelling, and real estate? We’re looking for a creative and driven Social Media Content Creator to elevate our brand presence and showcase our properties across digital platforms. About the Role As our Social Media Content Creator, you’ll be responsible for creating engaging, high-quality content that attracts buyers, sellers, and investors while strengthening our brand identity. You’ll work closely with our real estate team to turn listings, market insights, and behind-the-scenes moments into compelling content. Key Responsibilities Create and edit engaging content (photos, videos, reels, stories, and posts) for Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook Develop and manage a content calendar aligned with marketing goals Showcase property listings through creative visuals, walkthroughs, and short-form videos Write compelling captions, hooks, and calls-to-action tailored to each platform Monitor trends in social media and real estate to keep content fresh and relevant Make lifestyle videos of Marbella Track performance metrics and optimize content based on insights Requirements Proven experience creating content for social media (real estate experience is a strong plus) Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn algorithms and trends Skilled in content creation tools (Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite, or similar) Excellent visual storytelling and copywriting skills Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects Creative mindset with attention to detail What We Offer Opportunity to work with a dynamic and growing real estate brand Creative freedom and ownership of social media presence Competitive compensation based on experience Flexible working environment Growth opportunities within the company Apply with your CV and portfolio (or social media accounts) showcasing your work. #J-18808-Ljbffr
