Sustainability Specialist The position will provide support to the Global Head of Ethics & Sustainability in fulfilment of legal requirements and stakeholders expectations on Human Rights mainly through improvement, formalization and implementation of Gunvor’s Human Rights management, due diligence and reporting system. Contract Type Full time Main Responsibilities Identify and update Human Right related reporting requirements, prepare internal and external reports on Human Rights plans and performance as legally required or internally defined Lead the definition of a reporting framework for Human Rights issues and its implementation. Be responsible for its maintenance and improvement Take part in the development of the Human Rights strategy and be responsible to develop related internal procedures and take part in their implementation Drive the implementation of the plan for integration of the United Nations Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights Take part in the development of the Human Rights due diligence strategy, drive its implementation and lead Human Rights due diligence Take part in the development of the risk assessment framework and be responsible to formalize Human Rights impact assessments, involving relevant departments and internal stakeholders Support in the development of training on Corporate Social responsibility Take part in assessment of projects and assets on Human Rights and Corporate Responsibility issues Participate in the update of intranet and internal communication tool on Human Rights topics Qualifications Bachelor’s degree, Masters degree in relevant domain (environmental, sustainability...) or other qualifications 4 to 5 year experience in Oil & Gas, Energy or Mining Experience in due diligence Good knowledge of Human Rights international framework of businesses Good communications skills Excellent writing skills Ability to work on several projects at the same time English, French is a plus If you think the open position you see is right for you, we encourage you to apply Our people make all the difference in our success. #J-18808-Ljbffr
