About the job German Sales Digital Marketing Consultant - Barcelona Sales Digital Marketing Consultant (German & English) Hybrid in Barcelona Are you passionate about the web, digital marketing, and all things tech? As a Sales Digital Marketing Specialist, you\'ll work closely with a portfolio of new clients, helping them launch their very first online advertising campaigns. Your role will directly impact their business success and youll grow your own skills in a dynamic, international environment. Responsibilities Act as a trusted digital marketing advisor to new clients, helping them create and optimize their PPC campaigns Identify business needs and tailor advertising strategies that drive real results Increase client engagement through upselling and strategic campaign improvements Handle a high volume of client interactions via phone daily Meet individual performance goals and contribute to team success What Were Looking For Fluency in German (C1/C2) and confidence in English (B2 or above) 1-2 years of experience in sales and/or online marketing Excellent communication and persuasion skills Strong analytical thinking with a customer-first mindset Organized, self-motivated, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is a plus What We Offer Full-time role (39h/week, Monday to Friday) Hybrid working model in the heart of Barcelona Relocation support including: Flight to Barcelona Private health insurance Comfortable accommodation in a private studio 3 weeks of expert training to get you ready A welcoming, international team and a culture that supports your growth The opportunity to work with one of the worlds top contact center providers Ready to elevate your career, enjoy sunny days, and dive into Barcelonas buzzing culture, beaches, and cuisine?
