Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts for Amazon PAN-EU business. Utilize statistical modeling, demand software (SAP IBP), and collaboration with sales and marketing teams to refine forecasts.
  • Perform data analysis and reporting for E-Commerce EU players.
  • Ensure optimal inventory levels by managing stock levels and reordering strategies together with Central Supply Planning. Minimize stockouts, overstocks, and obsolete inventory through effective planning.
  • Execute Aldi international tender process.
  • Support Marketplace logistic Implementation.

Interactions:

  • Regional and local ecommerce EMEA team, marketing, SCM demand planners, KAMs and Aldi international KAM.
  • External: Customer logistic teams, Amazon Supply Chain POC’s.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor in business administration, industrial engineering or comparable.
  • 2-3 years’ experience in demand planning or analytical roles. Experience in supply chain planning and delivery processes ideally in context of eCommerce.
  • Strong customer oriented approach, analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Deep user knowledge in Outlook, Excel, Word, Powerpoint. Ideally Tableau or PowerBI experience.
  • Team player with strong communication and influencing skills enjoying to work in an international and intercultural environment and a Matrix-organization.
  • Very good English skills.
