ODILO, a global e‑learning platform, is on a mission to democratize high‑quality education. ODILO is looking for a Data Analyst Specialist / BI Engineer to elevate our data capabilities end‑to‑end. Own the full data lifecycle for reporting: from metric definition to reliable dashboards. Identify and analyze data sources across multiple internal and external systems. Design, build, and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines to extract, clean, transform, validate, and load data. Implement error controls, logging, monitoring, and automation of data processes. Develop and maintain advanced BI dashboards and analytical models. Write efficient, scalable SQL and Python code for data processing and automation. Collaborate with business, product, and engineering teams to define KPIs and ensure consistency across the organization. Ensure data quality, integrity, and governance across all workflows. Support strategic initiatives by delivering data‑driven recommendations and analyses. 5+ years as a Data Analyst, BI Engineer, or similar. ~ Advanced SQL and Python skills for analytics and automation. ~ Proven experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, QuickSight, Looker). ~ Hands‑on experience with ETL/ELT pipelines in AWS and/or Google Cloud. ~ Knowledge of data infrastructure as code is a plus. ~ Unlimited learning via Odilofy, with 3M+ digital contents in all formats.
