Pivotal Partners is exclusively partnered with an EMEA‑founded Series B - AI company.Founded in 2024 and backed by a $52M Series B, this company is redefining industrial operations with an AI‑powered platform that converts raw data into actionable insights—driving safer, more efficient, and scalable environments.They are now hiring a COO to help scale from ~$10M to $50M in record time.Key ResponsibilitiesCompany Operations & ScaleBuild and lead the operating infrastructure to scale the business from ~$10M to $50M+ ARROwn company-wide execution across go‑to‑market, product delivery, and internal operationsPartner closely with the CEO and leadership team to translate strategy into executionDrive alignment, prioritisation, and accountability across teams in a fast‑scaling environmentGo‑To‑Market Operations & PerformanceOversee revenue operations across sales, customer success, partnerships, and pricingAnalyse revenue performance, customer cohorts, expansion motions, and retention driversDefine and operationalise frameworks for new regions, enterprise customers, product lines, and partner ecosystemsImplement scalable reporting and operating rhythms for quota, attainment, CAC, payback, and margin improvementStrategic Planning & ExecutionLead annual and quarterly planning, operating cadence, and cross‑functional goal‑settingSupport forecasting, capacity planning, and scenario modelling to ensure efficient growthPartner with finance to ensure capital efficiency, resource allocation, and performance trackingAct as a key thought partner to the CEO on growth strategy and organisational designOperational Excellence & SystemsBuild scalable, repeatable processes across billing, collections, compliance, vendor management, and internal toolingDesign systems and automation suitable for a high‑growth, global SaaS businessEnsure operational readiness for enterprise customers and international expansionContinuously improve execution speed, quality, and cross‑team collaborationBoard & Investor EngagementPrepare operational updates and metrics for board meetingsSupport fundraising efforts with data, operating plans, and execution narrativesPartner with finance and leadership to ensure data‑room readiness and diligence supportEngage confidently with top‑tier investors on operating performance and growth plansWhat We’re Looking ForCOO, VP Operations, or equivalent senior operator with experience in high‑growth SaaS or deep‑techProven track record scaling ARR through mid‑market and enterprise motionStrong understanding of SaaS metrics, revenue operations, and growth leversExceptional cross‑functional leader able to partner with sales, product, finance, and engineeringHighly analytical, execution‑focused, and comfortable in ambiguity and rapid changeExperience in AI or SaaS strongly preferred (but not required)Seniority levelExecutiveEmployment typeFull‑timeJob functionFinance, Management, and OtherIndustriesSoftware Development, IT Services and IT Consulting, and Financial Services#J-18808-Ljbffr
