Te ofrecemos la oportunidad de ser responsable del proceso de subcontratación completo, desde la validación de la solicitud, contactar con proveedores, revisar propuestas, hasta el cierre del servicio, así como el recruiting en diferentes posiciones. Responsabilidades del puesto Coordinar el proceso de principio a fin, incluyendo la negociación de la tarifa con nuestros proveedores, contacto con proveedores, revisión de la calidad de los currículums recibidos, seguimiento de las candidaturas, revisión de las órdenes de trabajo. Revisar las ofertas de empleo recibidas y distribuirlas a los proveedores pertinentes. Seguimiento de las ofertas enviadas a los proveedores para conseguir cubrir el servicio solicitado a la mayor brevedad posible (mails, llamadas, reuniones periódicas,…). Negociación de tarifas con nuestros proveedores. Asesorar sobre la ruta apropiada para encontrar los mejores expertos para prestar servicio. Asegurar cumplimiento de la normativa interna. Asesorar a los gestores del negocio sobre el proceso y el trabajo para garantizar que se logre un resultado equilibrado y justo para el negocio. Apoyar al equipo de gestión de proveedores/responsable de categoría en el mantenimiento y la gestión operativa de las relaciones con los proveedores para garantizar la mejor gestión de la cadena de suministro en consonancia con las necesidades del negocio. Requisitos Imprescindibles Inglés: C1 o C2 Altos niveles según ambos idiomas. Experiencia en el sector de RRHH, headhunting o en MSP (valorable) Perfil proactivo y acostumbrado a la búsqueda activa de candidatos a través de nuestros proveedores y contacto directo con proveedores.
