By joining us now, you’ll be part of a pioneering team shaping the future of robotics—working alongside world-class experts in a fast-moving, innovation-driven environment.PositionReports to: Service CoordinatorYour Role And ResponsibilitiesPreventive and corrective maintenance on AMRs at our clients' facilities, primarily in Spain, but also at various customer sites across Europe and the United StatesPerforming field service tasks, identifying technical issues, and performing analysis through remote and onsite activityWorking with the customer to identify opportunities to improve the customer’s operations and eliminate pain pointsPreparation of the necessary materials and submission of internal travel requests to visit the client, ensuring the effectiveness and timely execution of the scheduled activitiesActing as trainer when needed, for field service associates and customersExceeding customer expectations by appreciating and anticipating current and potential needs, and suggesting product and process improvements within the business to enhance operations and customer serviceQualifications For The RoleYou are highly skilled in maintenance technician or engineer with industrial equipment – ideally in industrial automation or roboticsKnowledge of electrical diagrams, field bus networks, and the ability to understand mechanical diagrams.A collaborative, solution-focused approach and strong written and spoken communication skills.A technical training degree as electronics or mechanics, maintenance, robotics and industrial automation.
