Nuestro cliente es un grupo hotelero de referencia en el sector del lujo, con una sólida presencia en el Caribe. Buscamos un/a Director de Cuartos para uno de sus hoteles de alta gama, con base en Punta Cana (República Dominicana). Su misión será garantizar la excelencia operativa de la división de habitaciones, asegurando estándares impecables de servicio, eficiencia operativa y máxima satisfacción del huésped. Liderar las operaciones diarias de la división de Cuartos, asegurando el cumplimiento de estándares AAA/LHW y políticas internas. Supervisar directamente Ama de Llaves Ejecutiva, Chief Concierge, Gerente de Recepción y At Your Service. Garantizar una experiencia excepcional al huésped, anticipando necesidades y resolviendo incidencias de manera eficaz. Desarrollar el plan anual de actividades y metas de la división, alineado con los objetivos estratégicos del hotel. Monitorear indicadores operativos y financieros, gestionando insumos, costos y uso eficiente de recursos. Asegurar el cumplimiento de los procedimientos de seguridad, mantenimiento y estándares de calidad. Realizar evaluaciones de desempeño, coaching y desarrollo del equipo, impulsando talento y potenciando capacidades. Coordinar horarios, vacaciones y dotación del personal, garantizando continuidad operativa en todos los turnos. Informar al Director de Hotel sobre avances, desviaciones y acciones correctivas. Evaluar de forma periódica la operación en distintos turnos para asegurar el cumplimiento de los estándares del hotel. Licenciatura en Hotelería, Administración de Empresas Turísticas o carrera afín. Mínimo 3 años de experiencia en un puesto similar dentro del sector hotelero de lujo. Conocimiento sólido en estándares de calidad (AAA, LHW), control de insumos y análisis financiero. Dominio de programas de gestión hotelera y Microsoft Office. Inglés avanzado (90%), indispensable para interacción con huéspedes internacionales. Perfil orientado al servicio, liderazgo, trabajo en equipo y toma de decisiones. Alta capacidad de planificación, organización y orientación a resultados.
