Joining our Healthcare team is becoming part of a diverse, inclusive and flexible working culture, presenting great opportunities for personal development and career advancement across the globe.Your Role You will support the Human Resources Department at the pharmaceutical site located in Mollet del Vallès (Barcelona), participating in tasks such as contact with temporary employment agencies (ETTs), headcount follow-up, monitoring plant absenteeism, liaising with health insurance providers, and supporting onboarding processes.Who You Are University degree in Labour Relations, Business Administration (ADE), or a similar field.Outstanding academic record.High motivation and passion for finding solutions to all types of challenges.Having your own car is preferred.What We Offer We are curious minds that come from a broad range of backgrounds, perspectives, and life experiences.
