Program Overview:

This comprehensive two-year program is designed to immerse you in the fundamentals of logistics, contract execution, and transportation. It offers a unique opportunity to engage in hands-on, impactful roles across our European locations, fostering a deep understanding of the intricacies of our operations.

Year One: Dive deep into the core aspects of logistics and contract execution at one of our European sites, gaining essential knowledge and skills through practical experience.

Year Two: Build on your foundation with increased autonomy, applying and enhancing your skills at another European location, preparing you for future leadership roles within ADM.

Learning and Development:

Participants will embark on a tailored learning journey, balancing critical business knowledge with personal growth. You will be supported by dedicated mentors from our European Logistics and Execution team, guiding you through your professional development.

Throughout the traineeship, you will gain expertise in:

  • Contract Law
  • Logistics and Supply Chain Management
  • Contract Execution
  • Risk Management
  • Transportation
  • Production Planning
  • Financial Implications of Execution Decisions

Your Mentors: Seasoned members of the European Logistics and Execution team will provide guidance, support, and mentorship throughout the duration of your traineeship.

Career Pathway: Upon successful completion of the program, you will be well-prepared to step into key logistics or execution roles within our diverse European locations, equipped with the knowledge, skills, and experience to excel.

What will make you successful?

  • Master or bachelor's degree, preferably in a Logistics, Economics, Business, Marine Logistics/Transportation or other related field
  • Interest in logistical processes
  • Strong drive for success, great analytical skills, self-motivated and strive for continuous improvement
  • IT skilled, great team player and communicator, good with numbers, structured, accurate, out of the box thinking, highly stress resilient
  • Excellent communication skills in English, additional languages are beneficial
  • Willing to travel and/or to relocate within Europe
  • A valid EU work permit
