We bring ideas to life, creating content and live experiences that impact audiences and emotion the fans.Please note that this is an on-site position from our headquarters in Barcelona.The RoleAt our in-house agency, we are looking for a Graphic Designer who is passionate about their craft and has a talent for designing and conceptualizing campaigns, brand proposals, and activations. You\'ll work closely with our team of designers, art directors, and creative directors to take our brands to the next level through impactful and exciting storytelling.We\'re looking for someone who is proactive, eager to learn from a creative team, and has a natural ability to bring ideas to life and create visual concepts that stand out from the crowd.Responsibilities Design and Conceptualize: You\'ll work side by side with our creative team to develop campaigns, promotional materials, and brand activations that make an impact at sports and entertainment events.Create Visual Concepts: You\'ll craft compelling visual proposals that communicate our brand messages in a consistent and engaging way, always with a strong focus on brand activation.Develop Visual Assets: You\'ll design materials for various channels—digital, print, social media, and live events—ensuring our brand activations shine across both physical and digital platforms.Participate in Brainstormings: You\'ll bring fresh, innovative ideas to creative sessions, always looking to elevate the way our brands come to lifeCollaborate as a Team: You\'ll work closely with the accounts team and other departments to ensure timely delivery and outstanding quality, making sure every brand activation is executed effectively.About You At least 5 years of experience working in an advertising agency, preferably in sports marketing, entertainment, or brand activation.Proficiency in design tools such as the Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or Figma, and familiarity with AI tools like Midjourney, Visual Electric, etc.Experience in retouching, photomontage, editing, web design, or animation is a plus.Strong understanding of typography, composition, color, and branding, with a particular focus on brand activation.Ability to develop innovative ideas and original visual concepts that enhance brand activation.Skilled at proposing creative solutions in collaboration with the team and executing them visually.Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.Native Spanish and English proficiency, both in writing and communication.What We Offer An engaging, international work environment where no two days are the same.Collaborating with top brands and personalities.22 days of holidays + your birthday.Competitive salary according to experience.Free coffee and fruit at the office.Shorter workday during July and August.Work hours Mon - Thu, 09:00 - 18:00 (1h lunch break) and early finish on Friday at 15:00How to Apply IMPORTANT: You can submit your resume/CV and portfolio in English and/or Spanish, but you\'ll be asked to prove your English and Spanish level regardless of the language you apply in.Send us your resume or CV with a portfolio of your best work toTell us a bit about yourself in the email: where have you worked, what are your hobbies, which football team do you support...As part of our inclusive workplace commitment, we welcome applicants from all backgrounds.
