It is a key strategic thought partner to the Head of Marketing on Embed strategy, business development & priorities and resource allocation. The Senior BM will be responsible for close collaboration with cross‑functional teams and agency & distributor partners, to develop annual and long‑term strategic brand plans for Iberia.What You Can ExpectBrand Strategy & ExecutionLead development of Gin Mare and Diplomatico Rum (95% of your workload)Lead acceleration and development of SP strategy and portfolio/market prioritization in collaboration with Head of Marketing and GMDevelop a close working relationship with global brand teams to align brand plans and long‑term strategic directionGiven the importance of the Iberia market for both brands, being a strong partner and consultant for the global team contributing to development of global strategy and brand communicationsDevelop and lead go to market campaigns & initiatives including but not limited to ATL, field experiential marketing / event activation activities, brand advocacy etc.Provide guidance and input into local agency relationships by brandScope new product and portfolio diversification opportunities – size of prize, consumer trends/rationale and business casesPartner closely with trade marketing and sales team for effective channel & customer programs across Off Premise, On Premise and E‑CommerceTrack and measure key brand and business metrics with actionable outputs and reapplied learningsPerform the role of brand guardian and be ultimately responsible that all B‑F consumer/customer communication is in line with overall brand rules, is fully compliant with the local law and is following the internal legal B‑F proceduresFinancial ManagementSupport the management and delivery of the P&Ls for Gin Mare and SP portfolio in Iberia in close collaboration with Head of Marketing, GM and Finance ManagerLead the development of A&P budget needed to deliver the agreed targets and ensure regular tracking. Trade and consumer insightsLead the development and constant updating of consumer insights, supervising all consumer research in collaboration with the BBI and DP teamAnalyze on a regular basis competitive environment and emerging trends in markets in order to implement corrective measures and action plansPerform regular market visits (on‑and off‑trade) to gain knowledge and observations about the market and consumersWhat You Bring To The TableExperience: Qualified in marketing and/or minimum 6 years relevant experience in brand managementProven track record of successfully delivering brand growth in a highly competitive environmentExperience in driving the overall communications plan including TTL activitiesA&P and P&L managementPrevious experience of leading multiple countries and cross‑functional teamsFluent in Spanish and English, both spoken and writtenIT literate – MS Office applications & Google applicationsWhat Makes You UniqueExperience: Experience in spirits or image driven premium brandsPrevious experience of managing digital and social media campaignsKnow‑how of on‑trade and e‑commercePortfolio managementPeople managementSuperb creative flair, passionate about building brandsSuperior communication skills (influencing, listening, presentations, written)Able and willing to travel internationally and attend evening and weekend events when neededWho We AreWe believe great people build great brands.
