Sobre el rol Como Project Manager , tendrás un papel clave en la monitorización, avance y seguimiento de los proyectos estratégicos de la compañía. Trabajarás mano a mano con diferentes equipos, asegurando que cada iniciativa se entregue a tiempo , con calidad y alineada con los objetivos organizacionales . Tu impacto será directo: ayudarás a optimizar procesos, anticipar riesgos, facilitar la toma de decisiones y garantizar que cada proyecto se ejecute y aporte valor real a KRUK España. Responsabilidades principales Supervisar el progreso de los proyectos en todas sus fases, asegurando su correcta ejecución y cumplimiento de plazos. Fomentar la colaboración entre equipos y stakeholders, creando entornos de trabajo fluidos y orientados a resultados. Mantener una comunicación constante y transparente con las partes interesadas, con actualizaciones claras y periódicas. Elaborar informes y documentación que faciliten decisiones estratégicas. Identificar riesgos potenciales en los proyectos y colaborar en la definición de planes de acción. Participar en la resolución de problemas y asegurar acciones oportunas que minimicen impactos. Asegurar la satisfacción de stakeholders mediante entregables que generen valor para la organización. Requisitos Grado universitario en Ingeniería, ADE, Tecnología o similar (Nice to have: Certificado en PMI y/o cursos de gestión de proyectos ). 2–3 años de experiencia en un rol similar. Herramientas de análisis y gestión de proyectos: Jira , Microsoft Project , Power BI, Tableau . Español C1 e inglés B2 (mínimo). Conocimiento aplicado en metodologías ágiles (Scrum, Kanban) y tradicionales. Experiencia en la gestión de recursos , y mitigación de riesgos en distintas fases de un proyecto. Estilo de trabajo planificado y organizado . Pensamiento estratégico con tendencia a la resolución de problemas complejos. Adaptabilidad y gestión de peticiones/necesidades de stakeholders. Modalidad híbrida de trabajo: hasta 60% de teletrabajo al mes. En verano, Navidad, puentes y Semana Santa, 100% teletrabajo. Horario flexible (entrada de 7:30h a 10:00h y salida a partir de las 16:30h). Jornada intensiva los viernes. 23 días laborables de vacaciones + 1 día extra por tu cumpleaños.
