We are here to empower the people who safeguard our skies, and are currently looking for a Training Specialist to join us at Entry Point North Spain in Madrid: are you our new brave, responsible, innovative and open‑minded colleague?Job DescriptionAs Training Specialist, you deliver training and other services at an operational level.ResponsibilitiesManage and deliver training in accordance with plans, acting as Teacher, Course supervisor and InstructorTake part in other tasks related to training and or EPNS responsibilities (internal projects, consultancy services, administration, etc.)Train and support other Training Specialists in their introduction and work as Course Supervisor, Instructor or TeacherWhen needed, take the role of a Development SpecialistNote and act on any identified areas or details in need of improvements to be rectified, and suggest improvements to the processes and activitiesDeliver training according to the above on any of EPN Group delivery sitesTravel primarily to other EPN Group sitesTeamYou will be part of a team consisting of the Head of Training, other Training Specialists and Instructors, a System & Training Coordinator, and a Training Administrator. We are all looking forward to welcoming you to the teamBackgroundBackground as Air Traffic Controller and a minimum of three years operational experience340 ATCO‑license with APS rating and multiple ratings being an advantageAt least three years of operational experience and knowledge in subjects related to Air Traffic Management (ATM), such as but not limited to: ATM, Aviation Law, Meteorology, Navigation, Aircraft, Human Factors, Equipment and Systems, and Professional EnvironmentPreferably with experience as instructor in an ATC unitAdvantage to have experience in the pedagogical fieldFluent in using and teaching in English, orally and in writingCommon knowledge of Microsoft Office programsKnowledge in Spanish is an advantageOfferWe offer a professional and international working environment with people from diverse backgrounds who collaborate to achieve results.
