OverviewBrainRocket is a global company creating end‑to‑end tech products for clients across Fintech, iGaming, and Marketing. The BRO team consists of 1,300 bright minds building innovative ideas and products. This role is on‑site with relocation to Spain, Valencia.ResponsibilitiesCreate buy‑in for the product vision internally and with key external partners.Deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps, and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience, and drive growth.Define the product strategy and roadmap.Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes for the teams.Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact.Work closely with engineering teams to deliver with quick time‑to‑market and optimal resources.Drive product launches, including working with executives and other product management team members.QualificationsMinimum of 2 years as a Product Manager in the iGaming/Gambling industry (required).Experience managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle.Technical background with hands‑on experience in software development and web technologies.Market and competitive analysis.Skilled at working effectively with cross‑functional teams in a matrix organization.Nice to haveGood understanding of online Casino operation.Understanding of responsible gambling (MGA, SGA, DGA, etc.).BenefitsLearning and development opportunities and interesting, challenging tasks.Relocation package (tickets, 2‑week hotel stay, visa relocation support for employees and their families).Private medical coverage including inpatient, outpatient, dental care, annual check‑ups, and maternity support.Sport membership benefit – the most diverse sports and wellness offering in Europe, with more than 50 activities.Opportunity to develop language skills and partial compensation for the cost of English and Spanish class fees (for localization purposes).23 non‑business days per year + 6 paid sick days.Competitive remuneration level with annual review.Call to ActionBold moves start here.
