European Blockchain Convention (EBC) is one of the most influential blockchain and digital asset events in Europe, connecting institutions, founders, investors, and policymakers since 2018.We are looking for an over-achieving Marketing & Partnerships Specialist with excellent English skills to support audience growth and strategic partnerships across our events.This is a high-impact role focused on distribution, reach, and relationships. You will work directly with leading communities, influencers, media outlets, and industry partners to grow attendance, visibility, and long-term brand equity for our events.If you enjoy building relationships, opening new channels, and seeing direct results from your work, this role offers strong ownership and visibility.Key responsibilities:Design and execute strategies for the acquisition of influencersIdentify and secure partnerships with associations, communities or media outletsCoordinate with marketing teams to promote event partnershipsExplore new and emerging channels for audience growth opportunitiesManage relationships with partners and ensure their satisfaction and engagementRequirements:BSc in Business, Finance, Marketing, Communications or related field2+ years experience in marketing, sales, business development or relatedHardworking individual who demonstrates commitment to achieving goalsMust be creative, adept at problem-solving, have strong organizational skills, and be capable of multitaskingAttention to detail and customer oriented personPassion for technology, entrepreneurship, marketing or financeThis Role Is Not For You If You:Need constant direction to get things donePrefer planning over executionAvoid outreach, follow-ups, or rejectionAre not curious about new growth channelsWhat we offerSalary according to valueYoung, dynamic, and multi-tasking environment1 day of teleworking per weekDirect exposure to leading companies, communities, and decision-makersGreat professional upside within a young and fast-growing company
