Join our team and build the furure of space technologyWe´re expanding our team at Alén Space, and are looking for a Space Product Assurance Engineer; with passion in what you do, talented and experienced; to help ensure that our products and services maintain the highest quality standards.ResponsibilitiesOrganization’s Quality PolicyISO 9001 certification: maintenance, audits, and follow-up of actionsInternal and external auditsProcess and standards review, identification of customer requirementsPreparation, review, and control of quality plans, technical instructions, and proceduresManagement and communication of quality indicators and improvement proposalsIdentification and follow-up of risks, anomalies, and Non-ConformitiesDefinition and implementation of Product/Project Quality Assurance PlansQuality support to other areas of the organization, such as Production or AIV (Assembly, Integration & Verification)Process, product, or supplier quality inspectionsFuture evolution towards ISO 9100 certificationQualificationsA degree in Aeronautical, Aerospace, Electronic, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.Experience in managing ISO 9001 Quality Systems.At least 3 years of previous experience performing the functions described above.Valuable KnowledgeA Master's degree related to the Quality field.Formal training in Quality Management Systems.Knowledge of: ECSS standards (European Cooperation for Space Standardization), AS/EN 9100 standard (Aerospace Quality Management), IPC standards (Electronics Industry)What We OfferWork remotely a percentage of the time to be defined with the managerFlexible start/finish times; reduced intensive working hours on Fridays and in summer Monday to Friday.Competitive compensation with ongoing reviews, flexible compensation.Wellbeing program: Health, dental, and accident insurance; free fruit and free lunch every friday and much morePersonalized career plan development, training, and language learning supportVery committed to inclusion and diversity; we promote equal opportunities in recruitmentSeniority LevelMid-Senior levelEmployment TypeFull-timeJob Function & IndustriesInformation Technology and Engineering; Software Development, Computer and Network Security, and IT Services and IT ConsultingIf you like what you read, then we might have a match.
