Our technology ensures traceability, efficiency, and scalability in a sector that is urgently transforming.The RoleWe are looking for a Backend Developer to design and evolve business-critical services. You will work on a real-world product with a direct impact on operations, logistics, and industrial processes where technical decisions have tangible consequences. We value technical judgment, architectural clarity, and the ability to build maintainable systems.ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop robust APIs and backend services.Model and maintain complex business logic for industrial and circularity workflows.Manage and optimize relational databases (MySQL/MariaDB/PostgreSQL).Collaborate on architectural design and key technical decisions.Write clean, testable code and participate in constructive peer reviews.Requirements4+ years as a Backend Engineer with Node.js and TypeScript .High level of autonomy. We value people who seek context to prioritize and take responsibility for the "big goals," even when the path isn't perfectly mapped out.REST API design and consumptionExperience with SQL databasesVersion control with GitStrong understanding of asynchrony, error handling, and performanceNice to HaveFamiliarity with Clean Architecture (Hexagonal/DDD) and ORMs (TypeORM/Prisma).Experience with Docker, Cloud environments (AWS/ECS), or industrial IoT integrations.Degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering.BenefitsImpact-driven work in a scale-up projecting exponential growth from 2026.Hybrid work model.Competitive salary and the option to apply for flexible compensation (restaurant, public transport, health insurance or kindergarten).
