Buscamos incorporar una persona que, como PMO (Project Management Officer) , actúe como mano derecha del CEO , impulsando la gestión eficiente de proyectos y procesos estratégicos en la compañía. Misión del Puesto Coordinar y dar seguimiento a los proyectos estratégicos y operativos de la empresa, garantizando su correcta ejecución en tiempo, coste y calidad. Ser el punto de enlace entre la dirección y las distintas divisiones (operaciones, RRHH, calidad, clientes, etc.), asegurando una comunicación fluida y el cumplimiento de los objetivos. ⚙️ Responsabilidades Principales Coordinar la ejecución de proyectos corporativos y de cliente, asegurando cumplimiento de plazos y estándares de calidad. Gestionar y optimizar la carga de trabajo de los distintos equipos, facilitando la planificación operativa. Elaborar informes de seguimiento, dashboards y presentaciones para la dirección. Supervisar indicadores clave de desempeño (KPI) relacionados con operaciones, servicio al cliente y rentabilidad de proyectos. Colaborar con el CEO en la priorización de iniciativas estratégicas y la planificación anual. Identificar riesgos y oportunidades de mejora, proponiendo acciones correctivas y preventivas. Dar soporte en la implantación de herramientas digitales de gestión y reporting. Participar en la organización de reuniones, comités de dirección y eventos corporativos. Requisitos del Perfil Formación universitaria en Administración de Empresas, Ingeniería, Gestión de Proyectos o áreas afines. Experiencia mínima de 3 años en funciones de gestión de proyectos, coordinación operativa o asistente ejecutivo de dirección . Experiencia en empresas de servicios, facility management, hostelería o consultoría operativa (muy valorable). Conocimiento de metodologías de gestión de proyectos (Waterfall, Scrum, Lean, etc.). Nivel alto de Excel y herramientas de gestión de proyectos (Asana, Trello, Monday, Notion u otras). Capacidad de análisis, organización y priorización. Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y orientación a resultados. Actitud proactiva, resolutiva y enfoque colaborativo. Contrato indefinido y proyecto estable con crecimiento profesional. Entorno de trabajo dinámico, cercano y enfocado en la mejora continua. Posibilidad de participación en proyectos estratégicos para clientes del sector hotelero y restauración. Formación y desarrollo continuo en gestión, liderazgo y herramientas digitales. Buscamos una persona organizada, analítica y con visión global , que disfrute gestionando varios proyectos simultáneamente y aportando estructura, seguimiento y orden al trabajo de la compañía. Alguien con mentalidad de mejora continua , capaz de anticiparse a las necesidades del CEO y ser su socio operativo en el día a día .
