We are looking for an experienced Events & Catering Manager to join the opening team at SLS Barcelona. Under the guidance of the Director of Groups, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing Special and Social Events, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction for all our guests. Work closely with other hotel departments to facilitate services agreed upon by the sales office and prospective clients. Negotiate rates, space rental and/or hotel services within approved booking guidelines. Accurately produce and/or review all sales contracts, rate agreements, and/or banquet/catering event orders. Supervise the preparation, setup, and service of catering functions. Assist in managing event and catering budgets, monitoring expenses and ensuring cost‑effectiveness. Conduct post‑event evaluations to gather feedback from clients and staff. Degree in Hospitality Management, Event Management or related studies. ~+2 years of experience in luxury events or catering within the hospitality industry. ~ Fluent in Spanish and English. ~ Availability to work on weekends. ~ You want to be part of a team that works hard, supports each other and has fun along the way.
