This is a chance to shape a product used by millions of traders worldwide — with your leadership at the heart of it.Your mission Make an impact by driving technical direction, overseeing product development, and supporting the growth of a skilled engineering team.We are looking for a Team Lead Frontend Engineer to lead frontend efforts, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure high-quality engineering practices.Responsibilities Lead the frontend team: plan and prioritize tasks, distribute workload, and support complex technical problem-solvingDesign architectural solutions and contribute to the development of key application componentsParticipate in and enhance the code review process, maintaining high standards of code quality and development practicesMentor team members: conduct regular 1:1s, support professional growth and foster a collaborative engineering cultureCollaborate with cross-functional teams (backend, product, design) to align goals and deliver cohesive product experiencesQualifications 5+ years of professional experience with frontend technologiesDeep knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, and ReactProven track record in leading development teams (3+ members)Experience designing the architecture of complex applicationsSolid understanding of how browsers work and how to optimize performanceProficiency in software testing principles (unit, integration, E2E) and practical experience with test frameworksIt’ll also be an advantage if you have experience or knowledge of finance and trading, or familiarity with TradingView.
