Overview Senior Director – Data & AI Product Management Lead — Barcelona, Spain. Lead the global Data + AI product portfolio with a strategic, product-driven mindset. This role bridges business needs and technical delivery, ensuring impactful, scalable solutions that drive measurable value across the enterprise. Role Summary Lead the global Data + AI product portfolio, coordinating business needs with technical delivery to produce scalable data and AI solutions that deliver measurable value. Your Key Responsibilities Define and maintain the integrated roadmap of Data + AI products and initiatives. Engage with business platforms to identify opportunities, scope projects, and prioritize based on strategic impact and feasibility. Oversee the execution of Data + AI projects from inception to delivery. Establish project governance, milestones, success criteria, and risk mitigation plans. Ensure each data/AI product is built on sound solution architecture and adheres to enterprise standards. Review designs for scalability, security, and integration with existing systems. Coordinate resource deployment across Data + AI teams. Interface with peer leaders to understand capacity and assign teams to projects. Guide teams to develop data/AI solutions with a product mindset. Establish product management principles, encourage reusable components, and consider user experience and change management. Serve as the primary liaison between Data + AI delivery teams and business stakeholders. Manage expectations, gather feedback, and ensure stakeholder satisfaction. You Bring Product leadership – 15+ years of experience in data roles with a strong foundation in product management and delivery. Strategic thinking – ability to define roadmaps, prioritise initiatives, and align stakeholders around shared goals.
