IS Operations Manager for Operational Technology Security Services Join to apply for the IS Operations Manager for Operational Technology Security Services role at ABB. This position reports to: IS Dep Manager-Ops Technology & Business. In this role, you will be accountable for delivering and orchestrating the delivery of Information Systems (IS) service line operations activities. Each day, you will coordinate with and supervise internal and/or external third‑party supplier resources to ensure effective delivery and operational performance of the services in scope. You will also showcase your expertise by ensuring continuous improvement and compliance. Primary Responsibilities Fulfill service requests under the agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and collaborate with the IS Service Owner to define the domain service catalog. Review SLA and service monitoring metrics to identify rightsizing opportunities. Allocate resources to monitor problem volumes, Root Cause Analysis quality, solution timelines, and pursue improvement opportunities. Deploy and operate OT‑IDS solutions (e.g., Claroty, Nozomi) and tooling across ABB, covering OT Asset Management, OT Vulnerability Management, and OT Incident Reporting. Focus on the technical aspects of service operations, particularly OT‑IDS operations. Drive technical support for onboarding new sites, including onsite deployment of OT‑IDS sensors integrated into the central management console. Maintain OT‑IDS solutions operational and address any issues that could impact operations or the sites where they are deployed. Provide support to users of OT‑IDS solutions for reported issues, change requests, or other challenges. Qualifications 10+ years of experience with at least 5 years of relevant OT security experience. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (preferred). Certifications required: ITIL Foundation, OT‑IDS (Claroty, Nozomi or similar) technical certifications. Certifications preferred: CISSP, GICSP, IEC62443 related certifications. Strong global experience collaborating with distributed teams on security topics. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with confidence engaging senior stakeholders.
