Senior DevOps Lead

As we continue to transform and digitize our operations globally we are looking for a Senior DevOps Lead to drive our DevOps strategy coordinate seamless releases and strengthen CI / CD capabilities across commercial and enterprise platforms. This role is critical to ensuring reliability security and speed at the heart of our digital initiatives. Your Role As Senior DevOps Lead you will lead the design implementation and optimization of our DevOps processes. You will collaborate across development QA and IT teams to ensure secure high-quality and timely releases. You will take ownership of CI / CD pipelines and enable automation monitoring and integration across systems and teams. Your Responsibilities Strategic Responsibilities Lead and continuously improve our DevOps strategy with a focus on CI / CD automation and resilience. Ensure DevOps practices comply with internal security protocols and external regulatory standards. Promote DevOps best practices across teams and global platforms. Tactical Responsibilities Coordinate release management across internal and external development teams. Design maintain and optimize CI / CD pipelines using GitHub Gearset or Azure DevOps. Automate manual processes to increase efficiency scalability and speed. Integrate DevOps toolsets into enterprise applications and ensure consistent data flow across systems. Perform audits and risk assessments to identify and mitigate vulnerabilities. Operational Responsibilities Implement monitoring tools to track performance and system health. Provide regular reporting on deployment metrics incidents and overall DevOps KPIs. Create and maintain technical documentation for DevOps workflows and standards. Train and support developers testers and operations staff in DevOps tools and practices. Perform audits and risk assessments to identify and mitigate vulnerabilities. Ensure consistent data flow across systems. Leadership Responsibilities Align DevOps initiatives with business goals and product development cycles. Actively participate in sprint planning reviews and retrospectives. Mentor junior team members and promote a collaborative learning-driven culture. Your Profile Qualifications Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field. Strong command of English both written and verbal with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to business and technical stakeholders. Experience & Expertise Minimum 7 years of DevOps experience in complex fast-paced environments. Hands‑on experience with CI / CD pipelines Git Gearset and Azure DevOps. Strong background in working with cloud platforms like Azure as well as tools such as Matillion and Azure Data Factory. Track record of working on Salesforce Workday and SAP projects. Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies. Proven leadership skills in project delivery stakeholder engagement and cross‑functional alignment. Technical Knowhow Certifications in DevOps such as AWS DevOps Engineer or Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) are a plus. Familiarity with Docker Kubernetes and cloud‑native technologies. Knowledge of integration protocols such as REST SOAP JSON and XML. Experience with monitoring solutions like Prometheus Grafana or Splunk is beneficial.
