Responsable Administrativo/a •Ubicación: A Coruña, España •Tipo de puesto: Jornada completa •Descripción del puesto: Buscamos un/aResponsable Administrativo/apara reforzar nuestro equipo en la oficina central. Será la persona clave en la organización y control administrativo, dando soporte a la dirección, a los equipos de los diferentes centros de trabajo y al voluntariado internacional. Principales responsabilidades: Gestión administrativa integral: contratos, vacaciones, registros de personal y voluntariado. Coordinación de subvenciones públicas y procesos de financiación. Organización de logística (viajes, alojamiento, manutención, taxis). Gestión de alquileres y propiedades de la organización. Control de suministros, llaves y equipos de oficina. Base de datos y registros (ej. pagos, stock, etc,..). Coordinación de citas y trámites oficiales de voluntarios (TIE, Seguridad Social, etc.). Supervisión y validación de compras. Relación fluida con asesoría, proveedores y organismos públicos. Requisitos: Alto nivel de inglés (hablado y escrito). Experiencia en administración, preferiblemente en fundaciones, ONGs o proyectos europeos. Conocimiento de subvenciones y gestión de fondos públicos. Alto nivel digital (herramientas colaborativas, bases de datos, ofimática). Organización, atención al detalle y capacidad multitarea. Proactividad, autonomía y mentalidad de servicio. Se valorará positivamente: Experiencia con sistemas CRM. Conocimientos básicos de contabilidad y control presupuestario. Experiencia en proyectos Erasmus+, CES u otros programas europeos.
