The OpportunityAt Hitachi Energy, we believe that great teams are built through collaboration, inclusion, and a shared commitment to excellence.We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Technician to support our Factory & Manufacturing operations.In this role, you will contribute directly to the efficiency of our production processes by managing documentation, coordinating material flows, and ensuring accurate ERP data across multiple manufacturing sites.This is a fantastic opportunity to grow professionally within an international industrial environment, supported by a company recognised worldwide for its innovation and commitment to people.How You'll Make an ImpactSupport production planning processes by managing and updating order information in the ERP system.Perform material consumption entries in ERP for the manufacturing area.Upload and organise delivery notes and related documentation in ERP and Redmine.Review warehouse and project stock levels, coordinating material transfers to production when required.Your BackgroundCualification/Intermediate Degree in Administration or similar, with solid proficiency in Microsoft Office.Previous experience or familiarity with ERP systems (SAP or similar) is an asset.B2 level of English (assessed during the interview).Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive, collaborative attitude.Interest in industrial operations and production processes.About UsHitachi Energy is a global technology leader in electrification, committed to advancing a sustainable energy future.
