Split time between cross‑border corporate and governance work, English‑law (or other common‑law) governed documents, commercial agreements with key tech platforms, and a smaller share of employment and regulatory support across key jurisdictions (e.g. UK/ES/PL/UA/US). Work closely with local counsel where needed; data privacy, IP, tax or disputes ownership handled by specialists.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport Projects & TransactionsOwn defined workstreams within cross‑functional projects across Europe, Ukraine, the UK, the US and other jurisdictions (market entry, strategic partnerships, cross‑border transactions, etc.).Own legal documentation in connection with the project (key commercial agreements, approvals, corporate documents).Coordinate with external advisors and internal stakeholders to keep matters on track and well documented.Corporate & Commercial AdvisoryProvide practical, business‑oriented legal support on corporate and commercial questions for key jurisdictions.Draft, review and negotiate English‑law‑governed commercial agreements (supplier, customer, partnership, online subscription, marketing and services contracts) with a focus on key tech platforms (Google, TikTok, AWS), affiliates and partners.Support corporate governance and entity maintenance for group companies (minutes, resolutions, shareholder approvals, PoAs, basic cap table updates) per responsibility zones.Operational Excellence & Process ImprovementManage day‑to‑day legal tasks (corporate housekeeping, employment‑related documentation support, contract review per responsibility zones, approvals and ongoing advice).Proactively suggest improvements to legal processes (contract intake, approval flows, templates).Contribute to the development of templates, playbooks and checklists.Help maintain clear records and documentation, including contract repositories, corporate files and approval trails.Risk Management & Compliance (within scope)Identify and flag legal and commercial risks in contracts and corporate actions, propose pragmatic mitigations, and escalating where appropriate.Monitor relevant legal and regulatory developments affecting our operations (focus on UK/ES/PL/UA) and share key updates with the team.Required QualificationsQualified lawyer with typically 4–6 years post‑qualification experience, gained in a top‑tier international/strong corporate‑commercial law firm and/or in‑house at a technology or digital company.Solid experience with cross‑border corporate and commercial matters, especially involving Europe, the UK, and the US.Hands‑on experience with English‑law‑governed contracts and corporate documents.Confident working collaboratively with cross‑functional teams (operations, finance, HR), managing deadlines and keeping stakeholders informed.Fluency in English at minimum C1 level (drafting and negotiation); other languages (Ukrainian, Polish) a plus.Excellent communication skills: simplify complex legal concepts for non‑lawyers and present clear options.High business acumen and problem‑solving ability.Advanced user of modern productivity and AI tools (legal research, drafting, contract analysis, workflow optimisation).Behavioural fit: attentive to detail, structured, organised, low‑ego, team‑first mindset, openness to feedback.Nice to HaveIn‑house experience in a tech product‑led company.Experience with shareholders’ agreements and complex corporate documents under English law.Experience working with or reviewing contracts for major tech platforms (Google, TikTok, AWS), affiliates and partners.Familiarity with Ukraine and/or Poland business/legal environment.Experience supporting employment documentation (templates and playbooks for UK, Spain, Poland and/or Ukraine).Candidate JourneyRecruiter callMeet a team memberSkills assessmentBusiness caseMeet the Leadership teamWhy You’ll Love Being Part of WelltechGrow Together: Join a culture that champions personal and professional growth.Lead by Example: Every team member is empowered to inspire and make an impact.Results‑Driven: Achieve meaningful outcomes, not just effort.We Are Well‑Makers: Create a healthier, happier world together.ProductsMuscle Booster — — — Level Mid‑Senior levelEmployment Type ContractJob Function LegalIndustries Wellness and Fitness ServicesOther Information Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Welltech by 2x.We’re unlocking community knowledge in a new way.
