Responsibilities Define solutions and architecture aligned with company architecture standards, security, licensing requirements, and integration with relevant domains. Actively intervene in complex, troubled, or at-risk projects as the foremost technology expert and technical authority, providing guidance to resolve obstacles and ensuring correct implementation and quality. Shape relevant technical architecture roadmaps that identify scope, prioritization, and delivery timelines, addressing existing technical debt to ensure long‑term sustainability and scalability. Drive the adoption of new technologies and methodologies that deliver quick wins and significant business benefits, keeping the architecture at the cutting edge. Review and ensure the quality of the delivered solution so it rigorously meets the initially defined technical requirements and is aligned with the strategic vision for the product. Provide thought leadership, training, and mentoring to other team members, developing the overall technical capability of the team and acting as a role model for technical excellence. Qualifications 5+ years participating in the full lifecycle of Salesforce; Experience in Salesforce.com projects. Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud. Experience with agile methodologies.
