Our Digital Hub in Barcelona is formed by +450 employees working in strategic projects and different roles such as Data, Cybersecurity, ERP, Cloud, Infrastructures, IT Project Management or Digital Marketing.Barcelona Digital Technology Center is part of Schneider Digital: enabling Schneider‑Electric digital transformation by delivering Business Requirements.Part of the ERP Center of Excellence you will be supporting SAP ERPs and configuring new solutions making digital initiatives a reality.What will you do?Support SAP ERP Solutions in Europe: Provide functional support and run SAP ERP systems.Manage Solution Issues: Handle escalated issues, ensure tickets are resolved, tested, and closed properly.Configure SAP Components: Set up Master Data, Document Types, special order types, Availability Check, Material Listing/Exclusion, Rebate processing, Deliveries, and Post Goods Issues.Configure and Roll out projects: Work on SAP system developments and new projects/roll outs.Analyze Release Content: Review release content and recommend testing strategies.Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with Business, Regional, and international teams to meet project and enhancement expectations.Participate to technological landscape transformation: Participate to major transformation programs like our move from SAP ECC to S4Hana public cloud.What qualifications will make you successful for this role?Extensive experience with SAP and functional knowledge on Supply Chain and Manufacturing ProcessesSAP Experiences as consultant in the area SAP Warehouse Management (Core template design / build / validation, roll‑out and support) - Warehouse Management (WM) with HUM (Handling Unit Management) and SAP MM modulesGood knowledge of SAP functional (processes, available functionalities, …) and technical background (customizing, environment, transport orders, …), different stages of projects (run, deployments, testing, …) as well as project management skills (planning follow‑up, teamwork, multiple teams interaction)Experience in SAP implementation, Support and Global Roll out Projects.Good understanding of SAP enterprise Structure and interface concept and management.S4 certified and work experience is preferred.ABAP knowledge is a plus to facilitate analysis and implementations.Behavioural Skills:Adaptability & FlexibilityFluency in EnglishPossess strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to methodically analyze & resolve tech challenges.A good mix of consultative skills, business knowledge, and technical expertise to achieve business expectations.Team player and networking (colleagues as well as external partners)Business Customer centric and capacity to deliver high level of service.What will you get?We adapt to you:With our flexible schedule, you'll have the freedom to adjust your work hours to accommodate your personal needs and responsibilities.We know how great it is to work from home.
