We are seeking English-speaking Technical Support Advisors to join our on-site team in A Coruña , providing technical assistance for a global leader in software development. If you have prior experience in IT support or as an IT Technician and are looking for your next challenge, wed love to hear from you Contract Type: Full-time (39h/week) Schedule: Monday to Friday, 09:00-18:00 Key Responsibilities Provide technical support and troubleshooting for users of leading software and cloud-based products. Diagnose and resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally. Ensure high-quality customer interactions with empathy and clear communication. Document cases and solutions in line with company standards. Collaborate with internal teams to elevate complex cases when necessary. Requirements C2-level English communication skills both written and verbal. Education or experience in IT technologies , ideally with knowledge of: Cloud technologies Office suite (Outlook, OneDrive, Exchange, SharePoint, Lync Server, etc.) Microsoft Windows (a plus) Strong problem-solving skills with critical and logical thinking. Ability to manage diverse customer situations with empathy and professionalism. Valid paperwork allowing employment in Spain Located in A Coruña or available to relocate for this role (relocation support is provided) #J-18808-Ljbffr
