As a Technical Support Advisor in Malaga, you will play a key role in providing technical assistance and ensuring customer satisfaction.The OfferServe as the first point of contact for customers with technical support issues.Troubleshoot and resolve customer problems related to installation, configuration, and usage of assigned products.Analyze and diagnose issues, recommend solutions, and document cases accurately.Provide known fixes and workarounds when available.Escalate unresolved technical problems to the appropriate teams.Competitive salary: 21,600 gross/year + up to 2,400 gross/year in bonusFull-time Spanish contract (Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM).
